Systems analysts are responsible for the complete life-cycle of a new/modified IT system, from analyzing existing arrangements to implementing systems and providing training. The job scope is:

2. Computer Programmer
Computer programmer works on large or small projects with other programmers and software engineers. Their work helps computers and systems work more smoothly without problems and at a more efficient level.
3. Web Designer
Web designers plan, create and code internet sites and web pages, many of which combine text with sounds, pictures, graphics and video-clips. The scopes are:
- Creating web site designs
- Producing sample sites
- Meeting with clients to discuss requirements and/or project progress
- Demonstrating and receiving feedback about draft sites
- Keeping up-to-date with recent technological and software developments
- Developing skills and expertise in appropriate software/programming languages including html, Javascript and others
- Producing products that are user-friendly, effective and appealing
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team
Database Administrator
Database administrator is responsible for the efficiency of the system. It is there job to make sure that all computers within an organization work together effectively. When users report a problem, the database administrator must trouble shoot to determine the source of the problems. In addition, necessary upgrades are researched and implemented by this professional. Some company’s also expect the specialist to protect the computer system against threats.
For doing the work, the IT technician can face the customer personally, give technical support through email or communicate through the telephone enthusiastically. Since he may be dealing with the customer personally, he needs to establish a professional demeanor. Email etiquette is also important for the customer to be satisfied with the service. Through the voice of the IT technician on the telephone, the customer should sense the jubilant service of the worker. The specific scope for this job is:
- installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
- talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of problems
- responding to breakdowns
- investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
- repairing equipment and replacing parts
- supervising junior engineering and technical staff
- agreeing timescales
- obtaining replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings
- checking computer equipment for electrical safety
- maintaining records of software licences
- managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.
